Responsibilities
- Lead development of ethical AI frameworks for 2026 enterprise applications
- Design generative AI models with 100+ billion parameter architectures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of quantum computing specialists and data scientists

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed AI journals
- mentor PhD fellows in machine learning and neural network optimization
- Drive adoption of AI standards in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 10+ years developing production AI systems with 5+ at scale
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with >500 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Experience leading teams of 15+ AI researchers and engineers
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions
