Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI architecture, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and ahead of market trends for the year 2026.
- System Design: Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that handle massive data throughput in real-time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping & R&D: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role within high-scale AI environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering them on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
