Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles

- Certification in AI/ML implementation and data architecture (e.g., AWS ML, Google Cloud AI)
- Experience with blockchain frameworks and quantum computing fundamentals
- Strong background in agile methodologies and change management
- Track record of delivering $1M+ transformation projects
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
