Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 digital transformation strategy across 5+ business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML and blockchain solutions
- Drive adoption of quantum computing applications in enterprise workflows
- Develop sustainability tech frameworks for carbon-neutral operations
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for measuring transformation impact
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ at leadership level
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives across Fortune 500
- Certification in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture
- Experience with ESG tech integration and sustainability frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
