- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for large-scale digital projects.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration and integration of legacy systems into modern cloud architectures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern software development lifecycles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
