Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on emerging trends for the year 2026 and beyond, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies that solve complex business challenges.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies and assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic value propositions for investors and non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor Selection: Evaluate and select strategic partnerships with technology providers to ensure we have access to the best future-forward tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 3 years specifically focused on emerging technologies or R&D strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and executing on high-impact technology trends.
