Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic implementation frameworks for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-tech solutions
- Build relationships with academic and industry research partners
- Create executive-level technology trend briefings and market impact analyses
- Manage innovation pipeline with 3-5 year horizon planning
- Champion ethical tech development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network in tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
