As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing systems while maintaining rigorous standards for scalability and security. You'll have direct impact on our product roadmap and contribute to patent-pending technologies in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential through industry research and vendor partnerships
- Lead technical feasibility studies for next-gen solutions including quantum algorithms and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration into existing product ecosystems
- Prototype and validate innovations in our FutureTech lab environment
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic collaboration
- Mentor junior researchers on emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in R&D or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biocomputing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or systems
- Strong understanding of ethical technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
