Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design innovation incubation programs for future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing strategic direction
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
