- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from academia, startups, and industry pioneers
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations for board-level decision making
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to track trajectory toward 2026 milestones
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 or leading tech firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
