- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing domains highly valued
