- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning
- Produce foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and market positioning
- Establish early-warning systems for technological convergence and industry disruption
- Maintain competitive intelligence on emerging startups and academic breakthroughs
- Design innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year strategic horizons
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and strategic planning
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, nanotech) adoption curves
