Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural vision with business goals.
- Lead the migration and integration of advanced AI models into core product architectures.
- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in Web3 and immersive interfaces.
- Establish best practices for security, performance, and code quality across the engineering organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven experience designing for scalability and future-proofing (Cloud Native, Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python) and their evolution.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
