Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping carbon-negative computing solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure $2M+ in R&D grants for next-gen human-AI collaboration tools
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to C-suite and venture partners
- Patent 3+ breakthrough technologies annually in quantum or neural interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech ethics and commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with 2+ quantum/AI patents
- Published research in Nature/Science on sustainable technology
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in tech grants
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and ethical AI auditing tools
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
