Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Software Engineering.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system performance metrics meet the rigorous demands of real-time global applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and Serverless architectures.
