- Architect next-gen systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial computing
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-viable tech solutions
- Research emerging paradigms in post-silicon computing and bio-digital interfaces
- Create technical roadmaps for 5-10 year technology adoption cycles
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in futuristic system architectures
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in designing fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Proven track record leading technical teams through paradigm shifts
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuro-symbolic AI
- Fluency in future-tech standards (IEEE P2810, ISO 23847)
