Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment, blockchain fundamentals, or quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
