Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to global impact
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DOE/NASA-level clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international partnerships
