Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to outline long-term technical strategies that align with business goals and industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to enhance product performance.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and senior architects alike.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance for 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies including Quantum Computing, Blockchain, and Advanced AI.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
