Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Champion agile innovation methodologies across R&D and product teams
- Present future tech insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 3-year market impact
- Build and mentor an elite innovation task force of technical specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year planning experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Track record of launching at least two market-defining tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
