- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Future Tech Summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 3+ groundbreaking technologies annually
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving 50% carbon reduction by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to market (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
