Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published research on AI alignment, quantum algorithms, or climate-tech innovation
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+ scale)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of 3+ commercially deployed future-tech solutions
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/defense projects
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
