Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable systems that can handle the demands of the future web.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects that push the boundaries of current machine learning capabilities.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing technologies adhere to the highest standards of data security and privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with a focus on AI or advanced computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define clear, actionable technology roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing high-performing teams and driving project delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
