Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business goals and the evolving landscape of 2026.
- Future Tech Integration: Research, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, edge computing, decentralized systems) to gain a competitive advantage.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration and scaling of legacy systems to ensure robustness, security, and scalability for the next decade.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, design, and executive stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and implement proactive measures to ensure business continuity and security.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture and 5+ years in a leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering, or Lead Architect).
- Tech Stack Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern development methodologies (DevOps, CI/CD).
- Futuristic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with potential for high-impact adoption.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving architectural challenges that scale.
