Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and develop a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future tech into core business offerings
- Lead scenario planning for tech disruptions and market shifts through 2026
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech strategies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or similar preferred
