As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and decentralized systems to develop multi-year innovation frameworks. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and sustainable infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, climate tech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive vision with technical implementation
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic acquisition opportunities
- Advise C-suite on regulatory implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Proven track record of launching next-gen products with $100M+ impact
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published industry thought leadership (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
