Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future technologies
- Mentor teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, CDMP) preferred
