Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, Web3) for commercial viability
- Drive sustainability integration into technology development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of future technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
