- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month execution plans
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI/quantum computing prototypes
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and investor pitches
- Establish industry-first ethical AI standards and compliance frameworks
- Drive strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech consortiums
- Present visionary insights at Davos, CES, and Web3.0 summits
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget with quarterly ROI optimization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to $50M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent innovation leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future tech trends
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Expertise in Web3.0 architecture and decentralized governance models
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder management
