Our state-of-the-art San Francisco campus offers unparalleled resources including quantum research facilities, bio-digital labs, and a dedicated ethics think tank. This position reports directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and includes equity participation in our moonshot ventures.
Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technological vision across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI governance
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech
- Experience with technology policy development at national level
- Expertise in sustainable tech integration frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Deep understanding of singularity preparedness protocols
