Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscape (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 10-year business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop foresight frameworks for anticipating market disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and diffusion theory
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
