Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning to anticipate technological shifts and market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and growth targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present compelling tech foresight narratives to stakeholders and drive innovation adoption
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with potential for exponential impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and proven ability to translate trends into strategy
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
