Qualifications

- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech initiatives
- Certified in Futures Thinking methodology (e.g., CFTE or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation

- Experience with agile development and DevOps transformation
