Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with 3+ years in future-tech focus
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFP) or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in Web3.0, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks (e.g., CHIPS Act)
