- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CTA, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technical professionals
