Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for AI, quantum, and bio-integration sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Identify emerging technologies with $10B+ market potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations
- Monitor geopolitical tech policy shifts globally
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, fusion energy
- Proven track record of scaling tech from lab to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
- Top 1% technical acumen assessment required
