- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation hubs
- Present tech vision to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching products achieving $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
