Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech initiatives (AI/blockchain/quantum)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 2026 foresight focus
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford)
- Experience securing $50M+ in tech innovation funding
- Deep network with global tech policymakers (UN/WEF/G20)
