Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Identify emerging technologies and assess market readiness for 2026 adoption
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable tech and neural interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent through our Innovation Incubator program
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through competitive grant applications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and circular economy models
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations
