- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI and automation systems
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or generative AI
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) or advanced degree in relevant field
