Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping 2026-relevant technologies
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic papers for commercial viability
- Forge partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Drive innovation sprints focused on climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotechnology (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ users
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
