Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and green tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 8+ technical specialists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier-1 institution
- Track record of securing >$10M in R&D funding
- Fluency in technical Spanish or Mandarin for global partnerships
- Experience with patent portfolios (15+ filings preferred)
