Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-level architectural strategies for large-scale machine learning and data processing systems.
- Lead the development of proprietary algorithms and optimize existing models for speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to define technical requirements and roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and distributed computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
