- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
- Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of 2026 vision targets.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and technological advancements to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate futuristic technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term strategic visions and successfully executing them.
