Responsibilities

- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate high-level strategic vision into actionable technical plans.
- Oversee pilot programs and innovation labs to test new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design to drive digital transformation.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to forecast disruptions and opportunities for disruption.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent technical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations and innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, including AI, Blockchain, and Sustainable Tech.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite stakeholders and technical teams alike.
