- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish innovation KPIs and frameworks for measuring 2026 readiness across business units
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and acquire emerging startups in exponential tech sectors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Blockchain, Synthetic Biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
- Prior board-level experience presenting complex technical roadmaps
- Published author or keynote speaker on future technology trends
