Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with global innovation ecosystems
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum systems, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for R&D
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent industry impact
- Published thought leadership in future technology domains
