Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong background in scaling technical teams from 10 to 100+
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with Web3, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified in AWS/GCP with architecture-level expertise
