Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech innovation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present technological forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Manage a $15M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or carbon-negative tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) exceeding $5M
