- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D or technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, scientists, designers)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Strong background in ethical AI and responsible innovation frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with demonstrable industry impact
